LATTICE GIRDERS
THE CORE ELEMENT IN PRECAST

WHAT IS LATTICE GIRDER ?
Lattice girders are three-dimensional, industrially prefabricated reinforcing elements. They consist of an upper chord, two lower chords, and continuous diagonal truss wires or a combination of diagonal and vertical wires.

Lattice Girders can be used to make floor lattice girder beams (for concrete floors), it can also used as lattice girder slabs (bridge decks, large monolithic or lightened floors) and double slabs reinforced concrete walls in seismic zones, retaining and curtain walls).

The difference between trusses and lattice girder is that the trusses often serve the action of the girder in transferring the gravity load over larger span, and are referred to also as lattice girders. Such lattice girders are usually deeper and much lighter than regular girders and hence are economical, particularly when repetitive fabrication is taken advantage of.

APPLICATION ADVANTAGES
Lattice girders offer several advantages, including their lightweight design, which reduces the overall load on structures. They provide excellent strength-to-weight ratios, making them ideal for long spans and minimizing material usage. Additionally, their open framework allows for easy installation of services like electrical and plumbing systems. Overall, lattice girders are a cost-effective and efficient choice for various construction projects.
